Self piped oversize collar and revere.
Leather covered 'mattress button' narrow double breasted front and cuff strap fastening with self jetted buttonholes.
Two hip welt pockets.
Self piped panel seams and detachable leather hand tie belt.
Signature tonal colour blocked lining and internal jet and tab internal pocket detail.
Artwork Description
The Richmond collection is made of soft but durable by-product nappa leather. By-product leather means that no animal has been killed for its hide but the hide has been procured as a by-product of the animal being killed for the meat industry. We appreciate this does not help if you are vegan or vegetarian but if you do wear leather shoes, carry leather bags and choose to wear leather then for us, we would rather use the by-product nappa leather, than have it burn on pyres or in incinerators.
The nappa leather is then intricately hand marked with the Richmond topstitch design. Only once all the panels are planned and ready can the master machinists begin to sew the design ensuring every seam matches flawlessly across the entire garment. This is stunning craftmanship as the design allows for no errors as the stitching is the signature surface feature of each and every garment.
